Great balcony, with BBQ ready to take advantage of the balmy nights during summer months. There are also sun blinds on the deck that can be adjusted to block the sun and wind if required.

3 adult and 1 child's bikes (with helmets and locks) available for guest's use on the many cycle/walkways around Napier - go exploring along the beach and extensive cycle ways.
